Charges Against Mingo Dismissed

Been meaning to post this.  The grand jury returned a "no true bill" meaning there was insufficient evidence to charge him.  Hopefully he can move on with his life now. Not sure if a team will pick him up.  The Falcons released him when he was arrested.

Sworn statements from people present on the night of the alleged incident contradict what the complaining witness said, Lewis told ESPN.

He also said Mingo passed a voluntary polygraph exam in which he denied the allegations. Polygraph results aren't admissible in court.

EDIT: I saw one site that has his career earnings in the NFL as just north of $27M, so I'm sure he's not living on the poor farm.

oh wow.  sounds like there were conflicting witness statements.  Hope the kid wasn't accusing him just to make a payday.
