That's the article from above.  Apparently they renegotiated Wade contract to make it easier to fire if a Level 1 or Level 2 offense.  If he had done one, why would he have renegotiated his contract?

My friend says that Wade should be fired b/c: A. He didn't have a "third party" making the strong ass offer; and B. He was dumb enough to talk about that on the phone.  Is there any other incriminating evidence other than the recorded phone conversation?  If not, Wade could easily say the offer was for him to compete for a starting position ***shrugs shoulders***
