houtiger Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 (edited) Big win over Utah in the Sweet 16. It was not easy, 66 - 63 win for the Tigers, the Ute's were good. LaDazhia Williams led scoring for LSU with 24 pts., 11 of 14 from the field. Angel Reese was second with 17 and played a good defensive game, fouled out near the end. Alexis Morris added 15 pts, but she was 6 of 7 on free throws and iced the game at the end. I caught WAFB live in the locker room right after the game, they did about 3 minutes with several players and they seem very nice and very team spirited.
