This is simple situational baseball. don't know, but this is puzzling me off. also, how is that a hit and error? throw was early enough, just wide. so should have been an error there because good throw and he's out. then there literally was no play anywhere on the advancement to 2nd. so by rule there cannot be an error scored there.
