I'm in the market but they come out with new models so frequently it makes me wonder which one to get. Anyone have the Hero 7 black? The Hero 8 is out now but I'm not sure I'd benefit from the extra couple features. And what's the major differences between the white, silver, and black? I just want something to film fishing/ camping/hiking trips...nothing super high tech required but I do want a decent product with ease of transferring to, say, YouTube.
