A new report has revealed LSU’s findings into its investigation of Odell Beckham Jr.’s actions at the national championship game.

According to Brooks Kubena of The Advocate, LSU found that Beckham handed out a total of $2,000 in cash to four Tigers players. The report says it is believed to be a Level III NCAA violation. The NCAA defines Level III violations, which are less severe than Level I and II violations, as a breach of conduct:

Violations that are isolated or limited in nature; provide no more than a minimal recruiting, competitive or other advantage; and do not include more than a minimal impermissible benefit. Multiple Level IV violations may collectively be considered a breach of conduct.

Beckham’s postgame actions were shown in a viral video. LSU initially said Beckham was handing out fake money and later backtracked. Wide receivers Justin Jefferson and Jontre Kirklin were two of the players shown receiving cash from Beckham. Jefferson is now with the Minnesota Vikings while Kirklin enters his senior season.

LSU submitted its summary of the Beckham to the NCAA  on June 1, per The Advocate. NCAA vice president of enforcement Jonathan Duncan wrote that LSU worked quickly to recover the money” and help investigate. Beckham answered written questions only according to documents obtained by The Advocate.

Beckham played at LSU from 2011-13.
