I'm ready for baseball. so let's take a look at what we are most likely looking at for the roster on opening day C - O'Malley / Vibe / Neal 1B - Bear Jones 2B - Josh Pearson 3B - MR. Tommy Tanks SS - Michael Braswell OF - Fishhead Spicoli OF - Jake Brown OF - Mac Bingham Pitchers: Here is where things will be a bit more interesting. We don't have another Skenes (who the hell does?) or really even a Ty Floyd. But I think we're e lot deeper than we were for most of last season. Righties: Gavin Guidry and Thatcher Hurd are both back and will likely have big roles. Dutton was "serviceable" at times last year too. Hellmers is also still here, but is a complete crapshoot on the mound most nights. Christian Little is also back. no clue if that's good or bad with him. Jayden Noot will be actually available this season. And I'm looking forward to seeing what he has, because he is supposed to be a damn good one. IF we see Chase Shores again, it won't be until LATE in the season, but I'm not expecting him to play this season. the rest are all newbies and we'll have to wait and see what they are. Lefties: We have 10 lefties on the roster. TEN!!!! That's roughly how many we had during Paul's entire carer here. Javen Coleman is back to 100% and hopefully we see his true potential this year. Herring showed out in flashes last year and I'm excited to see him take the next step. Ackenhousen will fill the Stapleton role. Both in personal appearance, and in his actual spot in the rotation. then we got new dudes that are supposed to be impact guys. LSUDad Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 The first LSU home games, two of them will be against VMI. My Brother-in-Law graduate from there and played football there. On a side note, had lunch the other day with Former LSU Tiger Basketball player Duane DeArmond‘s wife and husband. Was telling them about the movie. I need to get a movie review from them.
