LSUDad Posted January 31 Share Posted January 31 When I cook, I cook. I did my normal Chicken, Sausage, Andouille and Tasso Gumbo. I also did my White Chicken Chili. Then a pot of Tortilla Soup. Today I did a pot of Pastalaya. Chicken, Sausage, Andouille and Tasso. I usually use stewed tomatoes, but couldn’t find any I liked, so I did a Tomato Paste, with the Garlic, Basil, and a few more Italian spices! Turned out really good.
