LSUDad Posted March 7, 2020 Posted March 7, 2020 Beaucoup Cajun Superette, some friends told me about this place. Haven’t been there yet, but they say, the Boudin Dip is the best thing you’ll ever put in your mouth. Next trip across the Spillway, I’m making a stop. Bread Pudding Muffins is another thing they said to try. https://www.beaucoupcajun.com/ 1 Quote
Hatchertiger Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Don't let the Breaux Bridge address fool you. That store is along the Atchafalaya levee south of I-10 on the way to Butte LaRose 1 Quote

How can you just drive past a place with food many times, without stopping? Will power? Well I’m gonna stop next trip to BTR. That might be one of my problems, I can’t drive past too many places without stopping in. Like I said, one of my problems, cause I got a million of them. Quote

Beaucoup hasn't been open all that long. I believe it was Hal's Grocery that last time I passed in front. Be sure to take the Butte LaRose exit and not try and get there through Henderson aka "Hannason" as the road along the levee is collapsing and is down to one lane. 1 Quote

Thanks Hatch, I’ll exit, then head south. 1 Quote

LSUDad Posted August 24, 2020 Author Posted August 24, 2020 Picked up 6 containers of the Boudin Dip. Dropped one in BTR, the other 5 came with me to Woodstock, Ga. Quote
LSUDad Posted September 7, 2020 Author Posted September 7, 2020 On the way back to Tx, only made one stop, Billy’s Boudin. So I’m going to try and make my own Boudin Dip, I’m thinking of 4 different ways of making. I’ll let you know how they taste. Quote
