Herb
In firing Herman, any kids that signed letters of intent to play at Texas have the option of backing out from those commitments since the head coach they were supposed to play under is now gone. According to SI: Quote Meanwhile, Texas has one other big move it needs to make this weekend: it needs to release the 18 December signees from their national letters of intent. They comprised the No. 18 class in the nation, according to SI All-American, and they were signed under false pretense regarding who would be their coach. Texas had the 18th class in the nation and the state always produces great talent. Any chance LSU could poach any of these kids? Would love to see us pickup either OL or DT depth. If we were on any of them we'd have signed them. LSU owns TX in recruiting lol We'll be fine with regards to recruiting with 3 spots to fill. We'll get at least 1 more OL and possibly two. We have a DL that signed in December that hasn't been announced... is announcing with his high school teammates in February.
