Hilarious. I've been pretty consistent in saying that Polian needs to focus on player personnel duties given his work with the portal when Kelly was hired and the current state of the 2023 and 2024 recruiting classes with him as Recruiting Coordinator and that Kelly needs to bring in a Special Teams guy to shore that up. I don't know the NCAA rules regarding staff, so I don't know if Polian can just be the personnel guy without being officially on the coaching staff.
