Fishhead
No particular order Jayden Daniels Malik Nabers Noah Cain Penn Perkins Denbrock (11/13 3rd downs) DISCUSS
Herb
I missed the 1st half, but I think Daniels was on point for the entire time he played. Nabers had a big game but most of that success was Jayden putting the ball right where it needed to be for him. Ojulari, Penn, and Perkins I think all contributed evenly. That was nice to see the defensive load being spread around.
Hatchertiger
This is a tough one. Offense was dealing. D held UAB to 10. I'm going off list for this one: Brian Kelly. He has restored order in this program faster than anybody could have predicted. He put all of the pieces together from a house of cards that had collapsed. Done it methodically with order and discipline and to use his words "no rah rah speeches". Has the players motivating themselves. Every year is different but this may be the least talented team he fields. I bet Lane Kiffin doesn't make fun of him anymore for dancing with recruits!!! Meanwhile Billy Bob loses to Vandy.

houtiger
I still like our d-line. To shut down their run game, gotta have the d-line playing well. I would go with Nabers. When we needed a play, Malik was there.

Hatchertiger
There has been a lot of talk about Nabers benefitting from Boutte getting double coverage and I'm sure at times that has been accurate. But with Boutte out with an injury (was it ever specified what he injured? ) last night, he did it own his own.
