Even if he hires an agent, so long the agent is approved by the NBA. I remember why I largely ignored college basketball the previous 20 years. Freshman forward Emmitt Williams announced his decision to pursue his professional basketball dreams Thursday afternoon via his Instagram account, the same day that freshman guard Javonte Smart also declared for the draft.
