Nutriaitch Posted July 13, 2019 Share Posted July 13, 2019 we gonna cut this one CLOSE water overtopping slightly in one spot on the levee. have construction crews building up a road as a makeshift levee and inmates sandbagging top of regular levee. currently winning the battle, but this war ain't over yet. really, really need this thing to head north FAST so the winds can shift and come more from the west.
