But in reality, FSU's decline began with Jimbo at the helm as it is now obvious he wanted out of there for a while. Last year's team only finished 7-6 and were 3-5 in the ACC. I read an article which pointed out that their problem is the offensive line, Jimbo didn't recruit much talent the last couple of years even though overall they had good recruiting classes. Great recruiting classes when total stars/points are analyzed, but we had been underachieving along both lines in reality.
