LSUDad
LSU Adds Big 12 Cornerback Transfer Jarrick Bernard-Converse to 2022 Roster Bernard-Converse becomes fourth defensive back to commit to Tigers through transfer portal BY GLEN WEST LSU needed to add more talent to its defensive back room and the Tigers picked up another signing from a Louisiana native and impact player in Jarrick Bernard-Converse. Bernard-Converse's addition was announced by the school on Wednesday. Bernard-Converse becomes the fourth addition to the secondary via the transfer portal this cycle, joining ULL's Mekhi Garner and Arkansas' Greg Brooks and Joe Foucha. A former Big 12 cornerback at Oklahoma State, Bernard-Converse has a ton of experience in a conference which passes the football more than most. "A steady, established veteran with a nose for the ball and exceptional cover skills, Jarrick always delivers," Kelly wrote on social media. "The combination of leadership and talent he will bring to our locker room and to our secondary improves us immediately." He's appeared in 49 games over his four-year career at Oklahoma State, starting in 46 games and is coming off a 51 tackle 2021 season with 11 passes defended. As LSU continues to add talent and depth to the cornerback room, bringing in a player like Bernard-Converse, who's 6-foot-1, is a great complement to what's already on the roster.

LSUDad
PITT FOOTBALL Pitt OL Michael Statham Jr. Enters the Transfer Portal Published February 7, 2022 By Karl Ludwig With Pitt’s entire starting offensive line returning for the 2022 season, and some talented recruits waiting in the wings, it’s a deep depth chart that would’ve been tough to crack.
Herb
Keep an eye on what happens to Harsin at Auburn. If he gets fired, there will likely be several Auburn players that enter the portal.
Hatchertiger
LSU is not immune but it sure does seam Auburn is always having issues with its HC going back to Tater Tot w/ the booster's wife (allegedly) and then the whole clandestine flight to meet with Bobby Petrino when Tubby was there. I have always heard that there is a group there that keeps a tight grip on the program. I still would like to know the whole story re Cam Newton.
LSUDad
I seem to remember a time when Barn was paying three Head Coaches at the same time. Some as far back as Tot. But I will say, most enjoyed their time coaching there.

Read that he plays left and right tackle and outplayed what the recruiting services rated him as which I believe was a 3 star. Also of note is that his brother plays at Virginia, could end of there. Hatchertiger
Things just got really interesting in the QB room! Did a little research. He's more than a mobile QB, he can run. Has started all 3 years. The one knock on him is consistency and his stats have regressed since his freshman year. As you might expect there is speculation about why that happened. Some say its b/c ASU hasn't been good. Whatever. He's a Tiger now and I wish him the best. Spring game should be fun to watch. PS I understand he has graduated from ASU. Wondering how he can participate in spring practice if he wasn't enrolled at the beginning of the semester?
