I can't help but think when Meyer was suspended earlier this year, he was put on a short leash by tOSU.  Missing the playoffs might have sealed his fate.

I know he supposedly "retired", but I'm guessing there is more here.

And for the record, I'd take CUM as the Tigers' head coach in a New York second over Euax - if nothing else to have the Florida faaithful have epic meltdowns like LSU fans do over Saban.
